Do my guests need to install an app?
No. BELTURO is a web app (PWA). Guests scan the QR code or open the link and they are in. If they like, they add the app to their home screen with one tap. No app store needed.

How do my guests get into the app?
Via your QR code. We offer it as a table stand for rooms and reception and as a sticker, for example for the door, mirror or fridge. You also get a link for booking confirmations and messages.

What does BELTURO cost my guests?
Nothing. The app is always free for guests. For the planner and chat, guests create a free account. It takes less than a minute and belongs to the guest, not to the property.

Do I need technical skills?
No. You manage your guest directory, tips and events yourself, as easily as a social media post. We help you personally when you start.

Where do the regional events and tips come from?
We curate events, restaurants, sights and tours for every region. On top come your own recommendations and events at your property.

Which languages does the app support?
You decide which languages your property offers, for example German, English, Czech or Polish. Your guests pick their language from that list.

Yes. All paid plans can be cancelled monthly. There is no minimum term and no setup fee.
